Management Trainee - a training programme intended for young people who seek to begin their professional careers with our company.

The programme is specifically addressed to University Postgraduates holding Masters Degree Diplomas and consistently high results obtained throughout the course of their academic studies. “Management Trainee” is a programme for individuals who are open to continued learning, have fluent knowledge of English, a dynamic personality and a zeal for hard work, and who are prepared to commit themselves to work in distribution. The objective of this programme is to train future management staff for our company. Our job preparation methods have a long tradition in Portugal and we have been practicing them in Poland for 8 years. The highest achieving participants within our programme, with continued dedication and commitment, will progress to higher positions within the international structures of our company. Upon completion of the programme, the company seeks to offer its trainees the posts in the department of their choice, dependent on individual assessment, personal preference and company needs.
